Paul Chapman is a kung fu Master and his tai chi classes go way beyond just the movements of the form. He also teaches the ancient qigong breathing exercises he studied and explains part of the philosophy of the Jade Path School of Taoism of which he was a student. The development of energy (qi, also spelled chi) and mindfulness are always popular with his tai chi students.
